[MC-256471] Chiseled bookshelves with NBT or copied with Ctrl + Pick Block do not display their texture when placed

When you copy Chiseled Bookshelfs with NBT+, you can't see the books until you click this block.

Since I'm the reporter of MC-48453, I'll update it now to mention that this also affects chiseled bookshelves. 🙂
