[MC-256573] Water bottles, awkward/mundane/thick potions and tipped arrows don't appear in the Creative Inventory

Water bottles and splash water potions don't appear when searching in the Creative Inventory. It's not on the Consumables tab either.

This also affects Awkward Potions, Mundane Potions, Thick Potions, and all of these potions' Lingering and Tipped Arrow variations.

Might as well write "no-effect normal/splash/lingering potions and tipped arrows" then.

I can also confirm this issue. Just to clarify, this problem is not environmentally exclusive (exclusive to Windows 11, Java 18 as stated in this report).
