Line spacing on Hanging Signs is too small, causing certain characters to overlap

Confirmed. This screenshot shows a hanging sign with the following text:

gggggggg
ÉÉÉÉÉÉÉÉ

The g and the É overlap each other. Note that without the accent/diacritic, this is also an issue to some extent, as a g and E would touch as well.

For regular signs, the spacing between lines is larger but still not quite sufficient to avoid g and É from overlapping, but at least the lines don't touch for English letters.
