No sound output

Opening Minecraft java 1.19 or snapshot 22w42a from launcher don't have audio even after the audio setting are on max 

i have tried multiple ways to solve this issue even reinstalling Minecraft launcher after clearing any data related to Minecraft from all folder such as program file folder and program data folder to ensure no corrupted file remains i know the action i took is too much compared to the issue which only effects the mentioned versions and not previous versions which are 1.18

one more thing to tell snapshot after 1.18 to latest 22w42a are also effected by the issue for me (1.18 is not effected)

Being a coder my self i tried many thing even tried using Minecraft java demo subscription and faces the same problem regardless of any subscription status 

using Minecraft pre give java runtime bundle

pc specifics-

24GB ram 

i5 processor 10 gen 6 core 12 threads

UHD 630 graphics

Window 10

I request to solve this issue as soon as possible
