Entities no longer have random rotations upon being summoned from spawn eggs

The Bug:

Entities no longer have random rotations upon being summoned from spawn eggs.

This is a client-side problem. Server-side, the entity still has a random rotation upon being summoned from a spawn egg. This issue was not present in 1.19.2. Below I've attached two videos in which you can see the difference in behavior between versions.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain some spawn eggs of any kind, for example, some cow spawn eggs.

• Summon the cows using the spawn eggs and pay close attention to the direction they face upon being summoned.

• Take note as to whether or not entities have random rotations upon being summoned from spawn eggs.

Observed Behavior:

Entities will always spawn facing south and no longer have random rotations upon being summoned from spawn eggs.

Expected Behavior:

Entities would have random rotations upon being summoned from spawn eggs, just like they did in 1.19.2.
