[MC-256845] Nether Wart isn't in the Nature Blocks tab in the creative inventory

The Bug

The Nether Wart is only in the Crafting tab in the creative inventory despite also being found naturally in Nether Fortresses and being able to grow like seeds

I believe this is intentional since all brewing ingredients are placed in the crafting section

Items being in 2 tabs is considered a normal thing since the rewrite, adding it to nature doesn't mean removing it from brewing.
