22w43a, 22w42a version update not applicable

Newly added bamboo block types, hanging signs, rafts, bookshelves, camels, etc. in the 22w43a, 42a version do not appear in the game.

The Creative Mode inventory has changed, but no other update history applies.

I deleted the version, reinstalled it, deleted the Minecraft launcher, reinstalled it, and deleted all the game files. But it doesn't work.

New features are not applied even if I try to create a new world.

Camel is not listed in the /summon command either.
