The new content needs to be enabled via experimental data packs.
Go to Create New World > Data Packs.
Click on the "bundle" and "update_1_20" data packs.
Click "Done".
After reading the warning, click on "Proceed".
Click "Create New World".
after installing the snapshot, I saw was a new inventory layout without camels, new bookshelf etc. I thought I would delete folder of this snapshot and everything would be fixed. I repeated this few times and the result is the same that there aren't new things in inventory

Are you selecting the '1.20 experimental features' datapack when creating the world?
