status effect applied to character in over world or in end disappear when player reenters over world.
Expected-
status effects remain as they were when the player leaves the end
Results-
player enters over-world clear of all effects
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open both ends of end portals for entry and exit
2. Apply potion at any point before leaving to over world
3. Leave through exit portal
4. All potion effects even brand new potions will be gone
Notes
Works on both potion effects and commanded effects, as well as naturally generated portals and /fill command portals.
Both creative and survival apply.
I specifically was using night vision, but other potions seem to have the same effect.
Happens both if credits roll and in subsequent exits.
Mobs do not loose effects and zombie villagers do finish curing.
I found this bug while trying new ways of getting mobs into the end, so I was going back and forth multiple times in a few minute period. When my potion effects should have lasted with just one potion, I had to reapply several times. This is inconvenient in creative to reapply night vision or any other effects you want at the time. In survival "expensive" potions can be very frustrating to waste if applied very soon before exiting the end and loosing nearly all eight minutes.
