Despite the Ender Dragon and Wither Spawn Eggs being exclusive to commands their rarity color isn't the magenta color other command only items are.
Reproduce
Do /give @s ender_dragon_spawn_egg
Look at the text color
Observed Result
The color was the normal white
Expected Result
The color would be magenta like other command only items

According to MC-197324, all spawn eggs should have the magenta color.
