Tridents returning due to the loyalty enchant cannot light tnt

Steps to recreate:

Create a setup as shown in the attached image.

Throw a trident enchanted with loyalty 3 towards the tnt from the gold block.

❌ Note that the tnt does not light on fire despite visually colliding with the flaming trident.
