In my world I have a big floor of frog light blocks with one layer of air blocks above it, and a layer of powder snow blocks on top of that. Endermen keep teleporting onto the frog lights and seem to destroy the powder snow blocks that are in their way.

@Les3awe ,Partly, the thing is, I don't know whether teleporting into the powder snow is a bug. But I'm more concerned with the fact that they seem to destroy the powder snow blocks that are in the location that they teleport to.
I cannot reproduce this behavior in 1.19.2 or 22w46a. Endermen did not appear to destroy powder snow upon teleporting into it as shown in the screenshot I've provided below. Besides, as per the resolution of MC-102836, endermen should not be able to teleport into powder snow in the first place.
Could you please attach some videos or screenshots of this behavior occurring while the F3 debug screen is enabled? This would greatly assist in diagnosing the potential problem here. Thanks in advance.
