The Bug
Bedrock has an odd case that's probably a bug itself; only a few Spawn Eggs use the new texture given to them, that being the Cat, Wandering Trader, and Panda. But the rest of the spawn egg textures were never updated to match and Spawn Eggs added after still use the old texture.
I assume this is an oversight. However, this oversight also affects Java, as NONE of the Spawn Eggs in the Java edition use this new texture, even the Cat, Panda, and Wandering Trader Bedrock has.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load up both Java and Bedrock edition and look at the inventories
2. Bedrock has newer, nicer-looking spawn egg textures (although limited to a few which may be a separate bug)
3. In Java edition, this texture does not exist at all

However, this issue is Invalid.
You reported a parity issue. We are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:
The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version
The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other
The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before
Any parity issue that does not meet these criteria will not be tracked on the bug tracker and should instead be reported on the Feedback website.
In this case, all three Bedrock spawn egg textures were added before Buzzy Bees.
