Bamboo can not be used as starter wood anymore

(before marking as intended feature hear me out, this is a gameplay issue and not exactly a bug, I just wanted to make you consider reverting a change before it becomes a permenant feature, I didn't know where else to say it)

Summary:

Bamboo Planks require a crafting table to obtain, making shopping down a bamboo plant to start pointless, and bamboo planks more complicated to craft. 

How to fix:

• add 2x2 crafting recipe for bamboo planks back to the game

• change the current crafting recipe of bamboo planks from block of bamboo to yield 9 bamboo instead of 2 bamboo planks

• leave the other crafting recipe for bamboo planks from blocks of stripped bamboo as it is.
