The panicking state of entities isn't saved to NBT

The Bug:

The panicking state of entities isn't saved to NBT.

As a result of this issue, the panicking state of entities resets when its NBT data is reloaded. For example, upon the entity changing dimensions or the world being reloaded, its panicking state isn't saved.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Construct a nether portal in the overworld and ensure that the nether dimension chunks are initially loaded.

  2. Summon a pig near the portal.

  3. Quickly punch the pig through the nether portal and then you yourself enter it as well.

  4. Observe if the pig is still panicking.

  5. Take note as to whether or not the panicking state of entities isn't saved to NBT.

Observed Behavior:

The panicking state of entities isn't saved to NBT.

Expected Behavior:

The panicking state of entities would be saved to NBT.

Can confirm, affects 1.19.2 too, and literally every version in which passive mobs could panic from damage.

Thanks @unknown. I can't check 1.19.2 at the moment so I appreciate you testing this behavior in this version for me. 🙂
