[MC-257437] Players do not avoid lava when pathfinding

While players are pathfinding to mobs like a creeper they do not avoid lava, they run straight into it.

You are the player so if you run into lava that's your fault

I spawned a player using the new player spawn egg that was added in the snapshot and the player didn't avoid lava.

No such spawn egg exists, keep nonesense off this site.
