Spinning in a boat and dismounting causes the boat to stop spinning but starts to spin when mounted again
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a boat (Any type of boat)
2. Get in the boat and start spinning by holding the A or D keys
3. Dismount the boat to see the visual glitch
4. Mount the boat again to see the visual glitch stop

Windows 10 Pro, Geforce GTX 660 with Java 18.0.1.1 on a multiplayer spigot server
