When placing signs in front of deactivated pistons, then powering the pistons and breaking the signs. There is no animation for the pistons extending.

Seems to be the same core issue as MC-252368. The sign is a block entity, as is a moving piston; breaking the sign immediately makes the piston extend, and the client-end not receive the new block entity data.
