I know I can right-click piglins to give them gold ingots but I also know that you can distract piglins by throwing some gold ingots and in this case the piglins doesn't notice the gold ingots at all like it wasn't there

I did start a regular survival without modifying anything at all, even without enabling the experimental datapacks of 1.20, but anyway I did checked with MobGriefing set to true and it does'nt change anything
also I noticed that baby piglins also affected by this bug, when they see a gold thrown on the ground they should run and pick it up but they didn't attempt to do so
This bug started to appear at snapshot 22w45a and so on to 1.19.3 pre release 2
Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3
key) demonstrating the issue.
Also make sure the video shows what the mobgriefing gamerule is set to. This can be achieved by running /gamerule mobGriefing
with no additional arguments.

Hi; may I ask what the "mobGriefing" gamerule is set to? Piglins won't attempt to pick up gold if this gamerule is disabled.
