Hello, Mojang.
I recently played minecraft 22W46A for testing,But I found a Bug.
When riding a camel, there are no problems, but here's the problem: ride the camel when the player sprints + first jump + does not hit the ground, and holds down the W button without releasing - the camel becomes amazingly fast!
I tried several times and found it to be true. There is no similar case in the "Jira Reporter". But it's worth noting that this happened after WLAN multiplayer and the custom port number was 36979. And the map has been upgraded from 22W42A to 22W46A!

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working as Intended.
Camels unlike other rideable entities have the ability to sprint thus making them move more quicker. This is an intentional feature as stated in the 22w42a update article.
ADDED CAMEL
Camels are now available when Update 1.20 experimental features are enabled.
Camels can either walk slowly or sprint quickly
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
