Ghast don't aggro snow golems

This is actually different issue, MC-235353 is other mobs not retaliating against ghast, this is ghasts not retaliating against other mobs. However it is a duplicate of MC-250234, which is resolved as WAI.{*}{*}

MOB A cannot aggro MOB B = MOB B will not attack MOB A = MOB B cannot retaliate against MOB A
