I'm not sure if it is intentional, but only the Oak and Iron trapdoors are listed in the Redstone section of the Creative Item Menu, meanwhile all the other types are just within the Building Blocks section.

Resolving as Works As Intended as per the resolution of MC-257629: blocks with identical functionality were removed from the Redstone Blocks tab.
Intended, all behavior-identical block variants were removed from the tab a few snapshots ago.
