[MC-257920] "Chat not allowed by account settings." even after editing all privacy settings in accordance to what would let me chat, reviewing all 3rd-party addons (plugins, mods, etc.)

Title explains it all. I tried logging in & out, changing xbox privacy settings, followed 3 other youtube videos, nothing has worked.
