One of those data packs is absolutely changing the game rule; if you cannot reproduce it without them, it's not a bug with the game, but one of the data packs toggling the value.

Please uninstall all data packs and see if the issue persists.

i jusp put the 1.20 datapack. its very hard make a iron farm
