If a player died while flying with an elytra (e.g. kill command) and keep death inventory is true, they would lie on the ground even though they unequiped the elytra.
To Reproduce
1.Set keepdeathinventory true;
2.Get an elytra;
3.Use kill command while flying in the sky;
4.It reproduced even though you unequip the elytra.
