[MC-258342] Vex uses a new model and texture

The vex had a nice texture for a long time however for some reason it seems to be gone now. It looked nice in 1.19.2.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

The vex received a new look in 22w45a, and this was fully intentional per what was mentioned within the 22w45a changelog.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
