I can confirm. It would be really useful if this is fixed because it makes it easier to find the enderman after it teleported. 

I am sorry, I am new to the bug tracker and did get any results when searching it. 

For some reason this bug report says "invalid" instead of "duplicate" unlike MC-258341 even though your comment implies it should say "duplicate" and "issue links MC-251542".
