Enderman's teleport no longer creates an extra trail of particles

In 1.2.5, Enderman's teleport creates particles, but since 1.3.1, Enderman's teleport does not create particles.

I think that it relates to MC-10369 and MC-2157.

PS: Few particles may come out of the teleportation path. (see 1.19.2-2.mp4 and 23w03a.mp4)

I can confirm. It would be really useful if this is fixed because it makes it easier to find the enderman after it teleported.
