Shulker teleportation doesn't have any particles

The bug

When a shulker teleports, there are no teleportation or portal particles. (Compare to enderman and using an ender pearl.)

How to reproduce

  1. Spawn a shulker.

  2. Cause the shulker to teleport.

  3. Notice that there are no particles when it teleports.
