Redstone Dust Bounding Box blocks interaction of a Player with a Block it is placed on

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch the title

  2. Create a New World on Creative Gamemode

  3. Take Redstone dust and any Interactable block (for example Furnace) from Creative inventory.

  4. Place Furnace and Redstone dust directly on it while crouching and next to it so it connects together making it appear on a side of a Block you placed.

  5. Try interacting by Right-Clicking on the Block through the Redstone Dust.

  6. Observe the Issue

Observed Results:

If Redstone dust is placed on an interactable Block and next to it the way it connects on its Wall, it prevents interaction with it.
Issue makes it impossible to use Right-Click on the Block to interact with it on Java.
On bedrock issue does not occur with any Input method (Touchpad, Gamepad/controller, Mouse and Keyboard).

Expected Results:
Bounding Box of Redstone does not interrupt interaction with a Block.

This should rather be fixed on bedrock than on java IYAM, you're aiming at the wire. The hitbox going up with the wire was a change in 1.16. (Though the width can absolutely be reduced.)
