Summary:
Nether portal texture no longer renders from the inside as of version 1.7.
Steps to reproduce:
Build a Nether portal and activate it.
Switch to spectator mode.
Go to the nether portal block.
Observed results:
The nether portal block does not renders from the inside.
Expected results:
The nether portal block will be rendered from the inside.

This doesn't require a lot of effort to change back: replace the 1 element with 2, on the 6 and 10 positions, with 0 thickness and both non-0 wide faces having the portal texture.
