the ender dragon respawn will stop when you reload the world

When you respawn the ender dragon (place 4 end crystals on the exit portal) and reload the world (leave and rejoin the singeplayer world or stop and restart the multiplayer server) while the game is still in the respawn animation, the animation will freeze and the dragon will not respawn
