Try:
Check your OS got the last update
Restart you PC
Log out of Microsoft Store and log in again
Check your PC got the right setting for date and time
Reinstall Minecraft Launcher
Reset the Microsoft Store cache (Press Windows + R, type in the command box "wsreset.exe" and enter, wait for the process to be finished)
