[MC-258918] When returning from the Resource Pack Folder the "Open Pack Folder" button remains highlighted

When you open the resource pack folder and try to return to Minecraft the arrow will stay on the "Pack Folder" button and will reopen the resource pack folder.

This bug is still in place as of 1.19.4. I've attached a new file for it in the post
