Absorbtion hearts issue eating a golden apple after and enchanted golden apple

When you have the absorbtion effect amplifier 4 from an enchanted golden apple and when the absorbtion hearts are gone because i took damage from something i still have the absorbtion 4 effect on me even though all the hearts are gone and when i eat a normal golden apple after that it doesent give me the absorbtion because normal golden apple only gives absorbtion 1 and because i still have the absorbtion 4 effect from the enchanted golden apple even though the absorbtion hearts are gone because i took damage so i cant get the absorbtion effect from a normal golden apple because the aplifier of the effect from normal golden apple is smaller than from the enchanted one. If i whant to have the absorbtion hearts from a golden apple after eating an enchanted golden apple i have to enable cheats and remove the effect with a command because the absorption effect doesent go away after i lose all the absorbtion hearts.

To fix this issue i recommend to remove the absorbtion effect from a player when all the absorbtion hearts are gone from the player or making the new absorbtion effect overwrite the old one when all the absorbtion hears are gone even tough it has a lower amplifier to stop preventing players to use a nother item that gives a lower amplifier absorbtion effect after using something that gives a higher aplifier absorbtion effect
