[MC-259064] "Bobber retrieved" sound and subtitles don't play when the bobber gets retrieved by other means

1) Grab a fishing rod.
2) Right click twice. Notice how "Bobber retrieved" sound plays when the bobber despawns.
3) Fly into the sky and right click.
4) Eventually bobber gets retrieved by itself due to distance but the sound does not play. It only plays when the player retrieves the bobber
