Particles, except for falling (dripstone) water, no longer bounce on slime

Particles that are affected by gravity no longer bounce on slime blocks

How to Reproduce:
 - Place a Slime Block on the ground
 - Place a Command Block 3 blocks above the slime block
 - Enter the command: /particle minecraft:falling_lava ~ ~-1 ~
 - Notice the lack of bounce
