Experimental "disabled items" can still be suggested as fuel by the recipe book

Cycling through the recipe book and saw several bamboo mosaic blocks appear as a fuel suggestion in the "ghost" recipe interface, despite not having experimental features enabled in the world.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a world without experimental features enabled, unlock a furnace recipe, open it from the recipe book without having any of the materials in your inventory, and just... stare at the fuel slot and wait. It'll show up eventually.
