End portal render broken since 16w40a (release - 1.11) (including) version and still not fixed.
What I expected to happen was...:
Ender portal should have depth inside it, and multi-layered stars flying in random directions. You can see perspective changes while walking around.

What actually happened was...:
Ender portal texture sticks to the screen without perspective (position, rotation and scale) changes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use snapshot 16w40a or newer
