Arrows fly through teammates when friendlyFire team option is true.

Based off the description alone, I don't seem able to reproduce this in the latest snapshot, 24w19b.
My assumption is that the arrows are from another player shooting a bow/crossbow, here's my test:

If this is not the proper procedure to reproduce the bug, please correct me and I will test it again. Steps to reproduce would be helpful.
