[MC-259855] Can't change telemetry data collection to all

The button is grayed out and I can't change the setting at all. I got the launcher from the Microsoft Store Java + Bedrock Edition.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/]) here.

After reading the 1.19.3 update features and scrolling down to telemetry data collection, I came to the conclusion that the button is grayed out because I have a child Microsoft account

Optional telemetry is not available for some accounts.
