I cannot enter the Nether or End dimensions in my Minecraft world.
I have previously played on this world in 1.17 with the BetterNether mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/betternether) and the BetterEnd mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/betterend). The Nether was working when I played in 1.17, however I had never gone into the End in this world. I then updated Minecraft to 1.19.2 and also installed updated versions of these mods. The world seemed to work just fine so I deleted the backup. Later I realised I cannot enter the Nether anymore and built an End portal just to find out I cannot enter the End either. I then updated to 1.19.3 and entered this world on Vanilla Minecraft with no mods and the portals still don't work.
I don't know how to fix this issue now but I really don't want to delete this world.

this isn't something they can fix since it is a modded issue. You could maybe fix it by looking into the world folder. Possibly replacing the end and the nether could fix it.
I don't know if this is an issue caused by the mods or not. Isn't there any way to completely reset the Nether and End dimensions? I checked the level.dat file and the Nether and End dimensions don't seem to exist in the WorldGen tree. I also deleted the DIM-1 and DIM1 folders and nothing changed
