The Bug:

Cherry logs and planks don't spawn in bonus chests

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon a repeating command block that will constantly spawn the loot table of a bonus chest by using the command provided below.

    /setblock ~1 ~ ~1 minecraft:repeating_command_block{Command:"loot spawn ~ ~1 ~ loot minecraft:chests/spawn_bonus_chest",auto:1b}

  2. Destroy the command block after around twenty seconds.

  3. Observe the loot that was summoned.

  4. Take note of if any cherry-related blocks were spawned.

Confirmed.

But why is this WAI?

Mangrove Logs are contained and why Cherry ones are not?

Why is this WAI, it makes sense for Cherry to be found in bonus chests as every other overworld wood type is?

I guess because it’s “rare”?
