Minecraft crashes when throwing a trident with riptide whiel raining (reupload)

disclaimer: i did a refference post to the bug it appears that it happens in 1.19.3 too, i will add attachments later, because im making this post at 11pm
i was playing peacefully when i wanted to make a trident in a friend's server (paper server) when eventually when i threw the trident while it was raining, my minecraft crashed, then after i logged back in i tried in the water, i crashed again. i tried to make the trident work using commands im his server (he gave me permission to do so) and after all the work i have done to make the trident work, i just crashed as usual. Appearently, maybe the trident does not effect when shooting cause when threw it my minecraft literally crashed but upon logging back in i was at the same position before i throw the trident. As i checked the error logs it recognizes this error as "fatal rendering".
