[MC-260370] weird elytra interaction

when diving in water with elytra opened,the swimming animation is kinda glitched so player can't dive down normally,instead they just keep swimming in same depth

it's not a duplicate!I'm very sure about that this glitch doesn't happen in 1.19.2
