[MC-260456] Certain potions are still indistinguishable by color

Without the glint, water breathing and night vision potions are quite similar to water/thick/mundane/akward potions. Also, overall most potion colors are confusing and must be updated to be distinguisable

Can confirm, the removal of glint made them much more distinguishable, but they can still be improved. I imagine this is a valid issue as many similar reports about spawn eggs have been triaged and resolved
