[MC-260474] Players and mobs are no longer affected by knockback upon death

As of 1.19.4 Pre-release 1 update, the players and mobs are no longer affected by any knockback (includes death caused by enchantment) upon their death. This can be tested by comparing between 23w07a snapshot and 1.19.4 Pre-release 1.

Can confirm - even players are included in this. You can see this by blowing yourself up and see that you aren't thrown into the air on the death screen. It's not exclusive to the enchantment but just knockback in general.
