[MC-260581] just a normal gui glitch where text go out of its confined space at bottom of the graphic

The following report is just notify Minecraft Dev group about the bug /glitch. It is not a measure issue

The graphic text such as "hide lightning flashes " from the specified setting option remains even after the environment for the option is out of the frame
