[MC-260610] Bamboo sign uses same texture for front and back, unlike other signs

Wooden signs have different textures for their front and back (see: MC-199453) but this does not apply to bamboo signs, which, inconsistently with other signs, have the same texture on both the front and back.

Why is this texture problem WAI when similar tickets like MC-260364, MC-137950 and MC-154006 were treated as bugs and Fixed?

@batbrain55 I believe that the inconsistency now lies with all of the other signs as text can be written on both sides (only one side has less contrast to account for text readability).
