Go into any version of minecraft eg: 23w07a, then set a Bundle into a saved hotbar. then go into a unexperimental version of minecraft snapshot (can be same mc version but different world) then it appears in the saved hotbars without the experiments.

Bundles themselves aren't part of the experimental flag, as to not break maps who used them already. Only the recipe, its advancement and the bundle in the creative inventory are controlled by the flag.
